How does it work?
Project based analytics solution provided on a fixed fee basis.
I will work with you to understand your needs to refine and define the analytics solution that will address your business challenge. We will work through a thorough planning and data discovery phase with your key business stakeholders and data owners to define requirements, identify relevant business data required, and sense check data for quality and validity. This will be followed by the execution phase to build and deliver the analytics solution.
When is a custom analytics solution right for you?
This may be the right level of service for you if you have already identified the business problem you are trying to address and believe it can be solved with data science and/or analytics but you don’t currently have the technical expertise or capacity in-house.
What are the services that will be provided?
The project will generally be designed as two-phases – planning and execution.
The planning phase will be focused on two essential components to ensure the delivery of a successful analytics solution:
(1) Requirements gathering to align with key business stakeholders on analytical solution
(2) Data identification and validation to ensure the viability of the solution
This phase generally takes 1-3 weeks.
The second phase will be focused on execution and implementation to build and deliver the analytics solution aligned with the requirements defined in phase 1. The second phase will include the delivery of:
(1) Analytics solution (e.g., ML models, dashboards, UI for the models, etc.)
(2) Code base used to build analytical solution
(3) Documentation
