• Conducting a current state assessment and creating a data and analytics roadmap

• Working with business stakeholders to identify their most pressing business issues and time guzzlers such as -

  • Manual data collection process or data analyses to automate

  • Diagnostic analyses to uncover the root cause of bottlenecks

  • Predictive modeling for data-driven business decision making (e.g., can we predict when a piece of equipment will go down before it does, allowing for better preventative maintenance)

  • Prescriptive modeling to optimize key decision with a complex set of constraints (e.g., how many temporary workers should we hire during our busy season given expected demand, available budget, desired level of service?)

• Building new dashboards and overseeing or enhancing existing dashboards

• Driving the analytics roadmap forward
